At Vision for Peace and Development Organization (VPDO), we believe that health is a fundamental human right and essential for peace and development. Our Health Programme aims to promote health, well-being, and access to healthcare for vulnerable populations, particularly in conflict-affected and marginalized communities.

 

Objectives

Our Health Programme objectives are

 Improve Access to Healthcare: Increase access to healthcare services for vulnerable populations

 Promote Health Education: Educate communities on healthy practices and disease prevention

 Strengthen Health Systems: Enhance health systems and infrastructure

 Address Health Needs: Meet the health needs of marginalized and conflict-affected communities

 

Programme Activities

Our Health Programme activities include

 Medical Care and Treatment: Provide medical care and treatment

 Health Education and Awareness: Conduct health education and awareness campaigns

Health Systems Strengthening: Support health systems strengthening and infrastructure development

 Mental Health Support: Provide mental health and psychosocial support

 

Target Populations

Our Health Programme targets 

 Vulnerable Populations: Women, children, elderly, and other vulnerable groups

 Conflict-Affected Communities: Communities affected by conflict and displacement

Marginalized Groups: Disadvantaged and marginalized groups
